Museum casts of human bones showing the systematic opening of the marrow-rich ends of the victim’s long bones. This is consistent with cases of cannibalism where nutritious marrow is extracted from the ends of the bone. Cave 4 at Qumran, Israel. The famous Dead Sea Scrolls, the most important archaeological discovery in the last century, was discovered by an illiterate Arab boy looking for lost goats.
