The medium sized iron ore full groove axe found on the Savage Farm property in Iowa. It measures 4.7 inches in length, is just over 3 inches in width and is almost 1 1/2 inches thick. It was discovered on January 7, 2012. There is a slight flute on top of the axe. The axe is shown with the magnet adhering itself to the axe at top right of the photograph.
