Classic Middle Woodland Hopewellian Dickson point made from a cream to pinkish chert. It was found in Lincoln County, Missouri. Ex E. Buel; now in the collection of Oliver T. Skrivanie. It is shown actual size.

Dickson point

This enormous Dickson point is 9 inches long and was made from mozarkite chert. It is green and gray with white banding. It was found by Gary Harms in Henry County, Missouri, on January 24, 1974. From the collection of Oliver T. Skrivanie.
