Rick “Daltonman” Stevens

Richard Thomas Stevens, known as “Daltonman,” passed away on November 4, 2015 at the age of 61 in Englewood, Florida of esophageal cancer. He is survived by his wife, Geri Stevens; a daughter, Katie Burkes; a son, Jeremiah Stevens; parents, Frances and John Stevens; a sister, Patti Broadbridge; a brother, Timothy Stevens; and four grandchildren.

Rick was born on May 8, 1954, and lived for many years in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was a lifelong Indian artifact collector who was affectionately known as “Daltonman.” He served as president of the Natural State of Arkansas Archaeological Society for many years as well as the host of the “Springdale” Artifact Show. In addition to collecting, he also had a website that offered artifacts for sale, “Daltonmans Artifacts.
