Here is a recent personal Clovis find in Dillon county SC. It is nearly 3" long, with single flat flutes on both sides. Flute hinges are approx. half way up on each side. It is well ground and does not appear to have been reworked. The raw material is unusual. It appears to be made out of a reddish rhyolite like material with light shiny inclusion specks. Truly a great find.
